UOAA List of Affiliated Support Groups

Here you can locate the UOAA support group closest to you. Select your state below, but remember, the nearest group may be in a neighboring state. Some “non-local” groups that serve the entire U.S. are in the first section of the list. Each group is listed by location, group number, contact person and contact phone number. Just click on the contact’s name to send an e-mail.

If the group’s name appears in blue, there is a website associated with the group – just click the group name. (If you belong to an affiliated group that has a website but we haven’t linked your site from this page, please let us know so we can add a link to your site.)

The number of UOAA affiliated groups is more than 280 and we hope it will continue to grow – we add them to this page as they join. If you belong to an ostomy or continent diversion support group that hasn’t joined yet, please affiliate your group with us!

If you do not see in the following list a support group that is close to your location, please contact the UOAA office at 800-826-0826 or via e-mail to inquire whether an unaffiliated group might be known to us. Bear in mind that we are not able to maintain current contact information for groups that do not elect to affiliate with UOAA.
