The Ostomay Association of Los Angeles is hosting a day-long Visitor Training Program for anyone interested.

Now is your chance to give back to others! OALA is providing a free Visitor Training Program that will prepare you to help new ostomates with the ins and outs of living with a stoma. You will learn about the different types of stomas, the diseases related to stoma formation, psycho-social aspects, and the skills necessary to talk to new ostomates about their situation.

This one-day seminar will feature ostomy nurses, experienced visitors, supplier representatives and more.
