Call the UOAA office at 800.826.0826. We have meeting materials and many ideas.
Re: New Group In Southern Vermont
So 2 years have gone by since the group started and we only have 3 members coming. How pitiful is that? The ET who insisted it not start with out her tried to disband the group over a year ago without even consulting us. What she tried to do was cancel the room that we meet in, but I stopped that from happening. Now she never even bothers to stop by or be involved in any way which is fine by me, but the other members are hurt by her actions. It just makes me angry and irritated. I have started a new tactic to try and reach out to get more folks. I am going to write a letter to our local paper and spoke to the woman at the development office at the hospital to see if she will put out some articles to promote awareness of our group. Thanks for listening, I also plan on setting up a table at the hospital fair in Sept in hopes of generating more members.
