Feedback for 2015 Conference Request

The Conference Planning Committee is asking for your feedback on some dates that make an impact on the room rates for the 2015 National Conference. Please take a moment to complete the survey and give your feedback. We are asking for your input to help make a decision and allow your input. YOU are going to help make the determination of date/rate. So, please be honest.

The survey will remain online until Sept 25. If you are not comfortable filling it out online, you can print it and mail it to the UOAA office , no later than 9/20 so that we can compile the information and make a decision based on the feedback at the next Board meeting in October.
