I am a RVN Vet. Was diagnosed with Bladder Cancer in 06; Applied to VA under auspices of it being Agent Orange related since they had ruled out other exposures and causes. Claim was denied. Bladder Cancer is not yet a Presumptive codition associated with Agent Orange- so they say.
Thank you for your service.

Thanks Paul for the reply. Just curious how that may or may not have an impact.

Brothers and Sisters in Arms,

This is a tough correlation to address since the science is not as robust as we would like. However, there are cases of successful adjudication for some diseases by the VA for Vets who have had a verifiable history of agent orange and diesel fumes exposure.

Ulcerative colitis may be too much of a stretch to correlate with herbicide exposure since it is clearly known to be an autoimmune disorder with many triggers.
