Thanks for reminding us, Jimbob. I explored the link & it seems that our UOAA leaders have mapped out another wonderful way in which our membership can connect. A big thank you to all involved. And a Happy New Year, also.

Hi JimBob,

I sure hope to make the conference in Philadelphia. The conferences are great learning experiences and I’ve made life long friends too, you included.

Happy New Year everyone,

Hi, Jimbob and others. I'm a 65 year old female colostomate who needs a roommate for the conference. I reserved a room with two double beds starting Tuesday and checking out Sunday. I'm flying in from North Carolina. I attended conferences in St. Louis and California and can't wait for this one. IS anyone interested in sharing expenses and a room? You can reach me through the Private Message function on this board. Thanks.

I am definitely considering the conference. I'd drive from N. Virginia... maybe with others. Ostomy4me53, did you find a roommate yet?

Thx for the info!

I did not find a room mate, Diane. I think we're supposed to reach out in a private discussion place but I don't know how to do that. Could you use my ostomy user name and add the gmail.com ending to reach me? I can send more info. Thanks for your reply.

To send a PM (Private Message ) or an Email simply click on the persons user name and a screen will open allowing you to do either. An email will show up on your email service, a PM will show up at the top of this page just to the left of your user name in a block that says private message.

In order to protect user privacy we do not allow an Email address or other contact information to sit on a post. We get enough spam without inviting it.

When you get to Philly look me up and say hello.

Hi :
I’m a Floridian flying up. If other Floridians will be attending perhaps we can set a time for a meet and greet.
