convatec release spray & edgepark

i am waiting on the backorder from 5/3/19 from EdgePark for the release spray by convatec to find out tonight when on site that it is no longer available per order they have pended.

A little mad at them for not calling me or emailing me when all i have gotten from them is daily calls and emails for the 1st 2 weeks when trying to set up service. Now when order not filled for 2 weeks, they are quiet.

Anyone else finding this out & what are recommendations for the other release sprays?

What is the release spray for? Is it Sensi Care Sting Free Advesive Remover? I hope not. But mine are wipes vs a spray.

I have never had trouble but one time with removing a wafer, so i had nothing special to get it off my skin where it was really really stuck,, I sprayed the stuff you use to fry with "pam,etc. it wasn't pam it was coconut spray but a cooking spray oil ,that wafer rolled right off...

Edgepark today said the 5 oz spray won't be carried anymore when I was able to reach them but I can have 17 cans of 1.7oz per 90 days. The lady put me on a hold for a long time trying to find out what was going on as she didn't know.

I received this the 1st time i ordered that is a purple: SPRAY, SENSICARE, ADHESIVE RELEASE, 150ML (it is not showing on edgepark website now).

this is from edgepark website that is the available that they are sending me a few of them. From the site shows that it is a blue bottle.

I will give it a try though not sure what is going on as convatec was just at a meeting I was at 2 weeks ago with no mention of anything.

Hello.
I use the Sensi-Care spray and it's gold in a can to me.
My wafer drops right off.
I have never tried anything else.
I use byram as a supplier.
