In Vancouver Canada and might need supplies -where?

I am visiting my sister in Vancouver. I brought two changes with me for the weekend, did a change and then oops I got a leak. So I had to change again.

I'm not in trouble for the moment and I should be fine, as I am leaving in 2 days. But if I did need to buy some supplies does anyone know where I could get them? I would probably not be using insurance and I would really only need to get one change.
