Very dry skin issue

Very dry skin issue

The skin around my 2 appliances is extremely dry and cracked (the skin underneath is fine). Any suggestions as to what type of cream I should be using? I have tried Aloe Vesta, a cream the WO nurses use at the VA. It doesn't seem to help. Maybe I need something prescription strength. I have to wear a hernia belt so that probably adds to the irritation. Thanks in advance.

I like Neutrogena Hydro Boost. It has hyaluronic acid and is for dry to extra dry skin.
