I'm Thinking About Moving to Asia.

I'm currently thinking about moving out of the USA and going to live in an Asian country. (China, Japan or South Korea)

I will be working on getting my TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language certification) So I can teach English while I am living there.

I have a Permanent Ileostomy (since 2010). I'm just wondering which country would be best to live in in terms of gaining access to supplies?
