I got my latest order timely but but mildly annoying.
The box had a hole in it and a couple of boxes inside dented. Contents all seemed intact
And I’d swear the boxes were warm to the touch.
Not sure if that’s an Adapt (formerly McKesson) thing or a FedEx thing though the box was smaller than usual and didn’t have the air sacs used to cushion.
Mildly annoying order

Re: Mildly annoying order
It's a shipper thing. If you've ever watched how shippers throw packages around you would make it a seriously annoying thing.
Re: Mildly annoying order
I placed my order with McKesson/Adapt on Friday, 5/22 and received my order the next day....I must say I was quite shocked as the rep I spoke with told me because of the Memorial Day holiday it probably wouldn't be processed until next week.
I actually decided to place my order after reading your comments about 'timely' wondering what that meant...lol...
And I had a long delay with a package that came from overseas and was sitting in a PO in New York somewhere or other for a month before being delivered.
Mine came via UPS and the box had the usual air sacs. My order comes from New Jersey - maybe it depends on where warehouse is....
