Re: Scuba Diving With Ostomy -- Sure Seals-AOK!

Post by Diane C »

THANK YOU ALL so much for recommending the Sure Seals! What a great product! The material that adheres reminds me very much of the Cymed MicroSkin appliances I no longer seem able to purchase (company out of biz?! Sad if yes). I use strips or Eakin-like seals or Stomahesive Strips to fill in the crevices from scars and then would use Ease Strips or Brava Strips, etc. on the outside of the barrier. The Sure Seals are fabulous to keep everything in place. Since I still am concerned about leakage -- but have had none since I started to use these this week -- I may order the larger size to keep EVERYTHING in place. Maybe some day I'll even scuba dive but walking daily is where I'm at. Due to Covid, dancing is out.

THANK YOU!

Agree. NO leakage since I started to use these seals. Are they well known? I'd never heard of 'em! Super! Thanks again!
