I believe I did once a few years back when I was trying to load up on Hollister center point ostomy bags. I didn't have any problems with the order. I still get emails from them occasionally. Especially now with the coronavirus trying to sell masks and various other items associated with this virus. Again I only order from them once, but I believe I could recommend them if that is what you are asking.
