Stoma complications

Hi, I had an emergency colostomy 2 weeks ago and am still getting used to everything. I have a few questions about my stoma. I seem to have a spot on my stoma that is a darker red color, almost looks like a wound. Is this normal and will it go away? Also, I feel like my stoma is receding somewhat just on one side. The feces is not being excreted kind of upward in my ostomy bag. Again, is this normal? Do I need to call the Dr.?

Sounds normal to me
Stoma will bleed, change shape, go in and out, etc. - all normal
