Urostomy vs pregnancy

Hey all,

I have urostomy over 30 years now. I have 10yo healthy daughter and thinking of having another child.
I run into interesting issue - urine from my pouch is showing lovely results on pregnancy tests. After a few blood tests confirming negative I ran into article about bowel mucus causing false positive pregnancy tests. Can someone explain more? How that works? Is that going to interact with ovulations tests as well? What is that mucus and is that something I should worry about? Does anyone have any experience with it?
Appreciate any info, it’s so hard to find anything about it.
