But they don't carry Bard, which is the manufacturer of the night drainage bag, that I want to order.

I think it is to the Bard Company. The website is extensive & detailed but seems to offer customer support in finding their products. Even offering a live chat feature.

i order from a local pharmarcy that caters to us older folks and get supplies drop shipped to my door step most of the time next day ,i have medicare so no issues ,i order every 30 days but need a new script every year that i get from my gi doc.

I've used Byram for years and have had no problems with them. I do prefer to order over the phone with an agent rather than to go to their on-line ordering site.
