where can I find meal plans for a diabetic and colostomy Bag patient? Havent found any Diets pertaining to both together for my patient who is having issues and tend to not eat

There's not much difference in diet for a colostomate than someone with an intact GI tract. Now, there are always exceptions to the rules, and there are certain foods that colostomates might avoid due to undesired outcomes/outputs. For instance, my GI tract will empty with too much nut oils, especially peanut oils and foods fried in peanut oil. Also, some fish oils, especially salmon set my GI tract into motion. So, it's going to be individual to each colostomate. That said, most colostomates can resume normal diets. So, you simply need to focus on the diabetic diet for your patient and make sure that is well managed before anything else.
