26 w/ostomy

Post by Dw08 »

I’m looking for people in their 20s with ostomy. I want to make a group chat! I’m soon getting my rectum removed. Right now I just have a colostomy. I’d love people to talk to

Welcome to our UOAA Discussion Board. Am answering your post because I was 26 many years ago when I received an ileostomy. There have been so many new & improved advances since then in ostomy surgery, care & support. Check out the UOAA website & The Phoenix magazine for lots of practical help & inspiration. https://www.ostomy.org/ My best to you & your contemporaries as you carry the torch forward.
