4 level tablespoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/8 teaspoon of Lite Salt
64 oz of water
Stir well, then add
2 shots of sweetened (not artificial) natural red cranberry juice
Serve over ice in a metal tall cup with lid (no straw as that causes gas). Leave it around where your at like it's your companion and sip it throughput the day and night.
I've worked extensively on this and it meets illeostomy requirements. Turned my runny output 12-14 dumps a day to 5-6 a day.
Cranberry juice keep well in the refrigerator without fermenting for long period as so little is used at a time.
Do not use any artificial ingredients or sweeteners. Urine should be a lite yellow or clear and frequent, if dark or no urine see acl doctor. If dizzy, hungry all the time, ringing in your ears, dry mouth etc your severely dehydrated.
Make sure your other nutritional needs are being met especially Magnesium and B12.

This is my personal formula but meets normal illeostomy types like myself and taste great that I like to drink it all time. Which is ideal.
