So since I got a blender I blended up a can of Minestoni soup and scooped 10 teaspoons over about a cup and a half of cooked pasta. A light sauce coating basically that's been estimated to be 5% RDA of fat for the meal so vitamins (not much but present) are absorbed but not over 10% RDA per meal (spaced out every four hours 24/7) which triggers extra bile production which irritates my stoma opening and errodes my barrier adhesive.
I'm hoping the gas and watery effect (beans) would be minimal on account of both the small amount and the effects of the pasta.
The object is to use various foods blended as a very light sauce coating for taste without the more harmful effects when it's consumed in bulk. This way I get my variety of tastes back without the side effects. (Clogs, gas, irritation, watery output etc.)
So down the merry blender road I go!
Edit: Uhg, despite the small amount it tasted nasty and air bag on account of the beans. Will not do again!
