I found that when i wore the bandaids alot, right after surgery when i was worried id get an infection or it would leak or something  , that my skin got really red and sore, it got irritated cause it didnt get alot of air and it had something rubbing up against it 24-7. Just curious, what exactly is the stopper thing, ive never heard of one until your post? another alternative ive found to bandaids when im having mucous is this... i cut pantiliners into small pieces (its a cheap brand, really thin and it has a sticky stip that covers the entire back of the pad) and i stick one part of it (i cut it into 4-5 pieces) into my panties across from thestoma and this lets it breathe more and still absorbs anything. My stoma always has a little mucous but it doesnt cause a problem or get on my clothes if that makes sense, but other times it can cause a problem, hope this helped :) , sorry for such a long reply

But Julie, You told me a muppet was a good thing remember?
I am sure Hannah will adjust just fine. She has been through so much for a little one will take some time to find her confidence. She is so lucky to have such a good Mum! StreveImage
