ace Malone, what is it?

Hi, I have been reading some of the post that with people with IA (imperforate anus) and have a colostomy and later on get a ace Malone, what is it? and why is it better than a colostomy? I am curious because I was born with a imperforate anus and had to have a colostomy which I've had for over 40 years . John b

Thankyou jules, that is very interesting how they do that, glad to hear your daughter is doing good! unfortunately that won't work for me I am stuck with a colostomy which is fine. thanks again it was just something I didn't understand but now I do. John b
