I won't give up. I am still trying to find someone with a ureterostomy (cooks catheter that goes directly into the kidney, protrudes out my abdomen and hooks up to a Bard/Navarre leg bag.
I am used to the set-up, but still get chronic infections. Is there anyone out there in OSTOMY LAND that has this same set-up? I would love to share notes on care and infection control.
God bless everyone... I just got my first issue of Phoenix Magazine and I was mesmerized with all of the stories. I really need this support group. Thank you all for sharing.
