Dear Fellow Ostomate,
As you probably know by now, the United Ostomy Association will cease
operations on Sept. 30, 2005. Since many of you have been part of the 30+ Network, we would like to continue to keep you updated. There is a NEW United Ostomy Association of America (UOAA) organization that has formed and hopefully will take the place of the old UOA.
In order for us to continue or to begin to contact you regarding this NEW
organization we need your permission to do so.
All we ask is that you read the message located below and sign it or
e-mail your permission back to us. In this way we will be able to
contact you and let you know all about the NEW 30+ Network within the
UOAA.
