My name is Barb and I am very interested in this replacement surgery due to so many issues with my iliostomy. Is there any new information on this device

Hi Barb,
As far as I know, the device is still available. The list of surgeons is much shorter than it was just a few years ago. AMS is now part of a different company and their website has changed. There is a magnetic device (as opposed to hydraulic) called FENIX that is supposed to be available soon. You may want to look into that too.
