Hi JimBob and everyone new and old on this board :) Where have I been? Not far. Let's see . . . travelling, volunteering, gettin' older, being grateful for irrigation, and well, I guess just living life. It still makes me sad that more people don't irrigate and that the process is promoted so little by medical professionals. I still run into the belief that 'once you irrigate you can't stop because the bowel will become dependent on the stimulation'. What horse poo. My irrigation schedule gets upended on a regular basis due to travel and it always starts up where it left off. Oops, I digress.

How the hell is everybody?
