I agree. Someone, somewhere in that company knows they received more money than allowed (overcharges). When they knowingly keep it rather than refunding the customer is IMO fraud.

Sorry I spelled it wrong. Having read the comments, I'll probably stay with Edgepark. Sounds like they all have their issues.

Thanks, John and Bob, for explaining the overcharges. Hmmm, I haven't encountered that with Edgepark. I admit I was surprised by my bill with Mercy Surgical -- which I switched to. Mercy is not as large as Edgepark and also may have some constraints. I want to order high-output pouches and this seems challenging with Mercy. I may return to Edgepark. We'll see... I never had funds returned and have both Medicare and Blue Cross.
