Welcome to the group Sinfulsot. I like the idea of having a 'consort' - at least I think that is what you said.
I haven't been on the board for a few weeks, not sick,I am very happy to say, just tired from doing a little outdoor spring/summer work (gardening) which I am very grateful to be able to do. I still have rests nearly every afternoon (and sometimes the rests creep into the morning!)

I think I have caught up on the conversations and goings on.
Button, smashms and Sinfulsot: you are all troopers. Keep up the good work and all the best. Keep the campfire burning.
I`m sorry that Gen aka Nuttychemist has not been back.

The Consort welcomes you back, TGH.

I have my own accursed yardwork to get to, which is slowly hitting jungle like levels because fulfilling my duties as trooper have kept me busy elsewhere. Of which, said duty is a UTI, but I think that should have been expected. I can pick up meds once the pharmacy opens, which was delayed due to the holiday.

The last round of appointments also yielded similar trooper comments from how well i am managing 'my everything' to my invariably pleasant attitude. Wife, RN should invariably snark at that, but within her own context.

TGH good to see you again, yes i too have been wondering about gen since she hasn't been back on in quite awhile.

I have called my primary again on friday but she had left for the day already because it seems i am anemic again, but my iron is fine. So i am not sure what they will do i think i need a consult with a hematologist. The bloodwork from the er last week was very low my red blood cells was 2.something and it should be 5 or greater. And my hemoglobin was 8. Something and that should be 15 or greater. Been sleeping alot lately as well most likely because of the low blood counts.

Well got a call back today and the doctor said everything was fine! So i questioned the nurse and she said she would have the doctor take another look.

Smash, perhaps your own independent investigation? There is a hematologist in my area that is like a shaman. Not necessarily a wielder of magic, but there is some unseen mystical property that starts with the question, "how many years young are you?"

I will be 34 this month got another call back and the doctor isn't too concerned she will recheck next month and if there is a need send me then. She said things were stable for now.

You would think so but why am i so tired all the time? The only thing i can think of is because of my low blood count numbers. And if you looked back on all of them you too would come to that conclusion. I will wait till next month when i get my port flushed unless i need blood work before hand and then i will make my own referral to the hematologist.

tired all the time: after getting enough water and enough protein(s) and prob'ly enough regular sleep, then this Master Patient is out of ideas. But your own referral is what i meant by your own independent investigation.

I want to make some snarky comment about being tired all the time with being stable and ...I got nothing.
