Can MACE procedure help trapped gas?

I'm thinking about getting a MACE procedure but was wondering the coping i could have with gas.I have a lot of them recently.Especially when i took Miralax few months ago and i stayed gaseous till now.

Perhaps i will irrigate 2-3 times a day i don't know.

I assume if the stools are out it may reduce gas a little bit.The thing that bother me is the gas seems to accumulate in the cecum after i eat.It depend what i eat tho.It dosen't always swell the cecum.
Interest me:(MACE procedure) or ostomy to decompress the colon.
