WHAT: BCAN Patient Forum
WHEN: October 18
WHERE:Harvard Medical School, Boston, Mass.


BCAN continues its regional patient forums "Understanding Bladder Cancer," an educational program directed at patients, family members, and caregivers, in Boston on October 18. The forum will be held at the Joseph B. Martin Conference Center at Harvard Medical School. This half-day event will begin at 9:30 am and will be presented by a multi-institutional panel of experts including:
- Dr. Kevin Loughlin (Harvard Medical School) serving as our faculty chair,
- Dr. David Wang (Boston University Medical School),
- Dr. John Feldman (South Shore Hospital),
- Dr. Shahin Tabatabei (Massachusetts General Hospital),
- Dr. Jerome Richie (Brigham and Women's Hospital),
- Donna Loehner, RN and stoma care nurse (Lahey Clinic), and
- Marsha Moses, PhD (Harvard Medical School).

The forum will include lunch and an interactive discussion on bladder cancer from the patient's perspective facilitated by bladder cancer survivor Linda Martin.

Thank you SO MUCH for posting this information, in particular the website. Newly-diagnosed, I found a wealth of info to help guide me through this. Wish I could make it to Boston, but alas.

Your post couldn't be more timely, or helpful. Thanks!!

p.s. Don't know WHAT the "rockinsuckerfish" img is all about, and I'm afraid to ask.......
