Hello!

I have had my Koch Pouch for almost 16 years with no problems. I am now pregnant and was wondering if anyone knows of any problems or concerns that I should be aware of.

I had my Kock 5 years when I became pregnant with twins. Six years following I became pregnant again.
My Kock did not go through any changes nor did I have any difficulties intubating while pregnant.
My doctor's concern was if a CSection was needed. So he read through all the OP reports from the Kock.
I did need a CSection (and then another) and everything went well.
