Just saw a blog (
http://www.roundtheworldskydive.blogspot.com ) kept up by a fellow from the UK who had his J-pouch 5 years ago (his UC, diagnosed in 1977, became bowel cancer by 2003). While he still had UC, he did a charity parachute jump and got hooked on the sport Determined to keep on going after his CA diagnosis and surgery, he came up with the plan to go on a round-the-world trip and skydive in as many places as he could. Five continents, 8 countries, 23 drop zones, 125 jumps, and 1.1 million feet in freefall!!
(I couldn't do it once, let along 125 times - his lifetime total was 840 a while ago.

)
Lest you think it was a complete breeze becasue of his internal pouch, he explained in an article elsewhere that he visits the loo up to 12 times a day and has to deal with butt-soreness all the time - uses some special pads and takes meds for it, so had his own 'supply line' issues.
Good for you, John!
