It will certainly be a while before it is common practice, but all advances start somewhere.

Interesting report, although I don't think that an ileostomy is "a bag on the abdominal wall to collect waste." which is how they defined it.

my surgeon attempted to do the j-pouch in one surgey and it disintagratedcausing sepsis. i would not recommend it be done this way.
