Users cannot change their own username, but if you send a request to one of the board administrators (currently LeeAnn or myself), we can change it for you. If we change your username, the change is retroactive, in the sense that all of your old posts will display your new username as the author.
To include your condition in posts, create a "signature" that will display beneath the posts. To do this, click the "User Control Panel" link near upper left of the screen, then choose the "Profile" tab, then click "Edit signature" on the left side.
