Ileo catheters

I have had a Kock Pouch for over 20 years. I used to use Mentor ileo catheters 30 fr. 18" long. Mentor no longer makes them and I can't find a catheter with 3 holes in the insert end that is over 12". This is not long enough for my pouch so I have to put on extensions. Does anyone know of a source of at least a 15" catheter?
