Somewhat new to Ostomy

I have had my ileostomy for about a year and a half now. I think for the most part I have handled it ok. I have been successful in working full time and have not had any problems there. I have had a bit of trouble attending school but I think that is only slightly due to the ostomy and mostly due to trying to work full time and go to school. I really haven't done alot of research on my ileostomy or other alternatives. I know a little bit about a koch pouch and I remember my surgeon talking about a T valve or something. Does anyone know of a good place to get info on alternatives?
