Cleveland Clinic does KP not modified as BCIR

There seems to be some confusion on what type of continent ostomy the CC performs. They continue to do the Kock Pouch with the modified valve that was advanced years ago. They do not do a BCIR or use a living collar as the valve. Both have success stories but valves remain completely different.
