J-pouch skin care?

How much are you J-pouchers having to care for anal skin irritation? Luckily I have a bidet-toilet that helps a lot, but I will have to be away from home for two months and wonder what works well for skin irritation problems. Thanks in advance for any ideas and help.

I am sorry no one has answered you yet. I have a continent urostomy so I have no clue what to say. Just wanted you to know I saw your post and that you are not being ignored! Hope that where every you are going will be for fun. Judith
