stoma retracting

Occasionally my stoma retracts into my abdomen when I'm sleeping on my back. Since it's then under the pouch and Eakin seal, the discharge breaks the seal and goes everywhere. Does anyone know a possible cause? I'm trying to sleep on my side, but I'm not comfortable.

Are you using a convex bag. Maybe it will help.
