I had my first session with my WOCN this AM.

Went very well. Almost had a code brown but lucky we had 4 hands and were able to close the top of the bag before it went everywhere!

Will attemp by myself in the morning.

Some cramping, like you needed to have diarhhea, otherwise not bad at all.

Keep you all posted.
