Is this normal?

Been irrigating since Tuesday, yes 5 days.
Day 1 had bedtime liquid late return, day 2 had late afternoon liquid late return. Neither more than a cup or so. Thursday a little liquid output during the day.
Then came Friay, glorious Friday. Great irrigation session, no cramping, no spills, no code brown, and output free the whole day/night. So today was so optomistic. Had return but not as much asI thought I should. My WOCN said not to over irrigate so I didn't want to instill any more water. Do about 750 then 15-20 minutes later another 500. Did my routine, then walked the dogs on the beach. Wearing a closed end pouch. Fillied it 1/4 full with liquid output. Emptied it trying to save the bag. Then filled it 1/4 full again so changed to a drainable. Mid afternoon had more liquid output. Past 3-4 hours have been good.
I have done 3 significant things since Tuesday. 1. Started irrigating 2. Started clean eating adding many more raw fruits/vegetables 3. Up my exercise routine to pre diagnosis (including spin, boot camp, hikes, walks) 4. stopped eating after 7pm
Too many changes to oquick?
Any suggestion would be appreciated or normal for a newbie ?
I love having a dry bag everyday!
Thanks again,
Sue
