7 years post takedown

Post by LaurieM »

Hi everyone,

I can't believe I am just a few days away from my 7 year anniversary of having my ileostomy take down. I have been doing really well. I had one minor surgery to take out my gallbladder, but otherwise no hospital stays or surgeries (knock on wood!). I feel good, eat regular foods, and have fairly regular BMs.
I haven't been on this board for awhile, but I wanted to stop by and say hi. These boards were a great resource for me. I appreciate everyone sharing stories and advice. Hope you are all doing well!
