Bladder Cancer - Complete Bladder removal soon

Hello Everyone;
Please forgive the TYPOS and bad writing etc as I am very new to this forum - my first hour!.
I am 59yr old MALE and have had been seeing a Urologist for a year with 'pee-in-blood' and he kept telling me that I had NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT! and the only medication I was taking(never on anything else NOR even ever had surgery before) was BABY ASPRIN a day!. So finally after the 3rd urine test showing [positive results for " unknown cells" I forced him to send me to A UROLOGY hospital in Boston. This changed my world to a major nightmare!! I am now proud owner of two large CANCER TUMOUR(s) ! joy- NOT !!!
I am now 'retired' from my 40 yr working life and would be spending most of my time with my dear wife. We have one daughter (gown up now) and don't plan to have any kids etc. However I am very active and often travelled a lot for my work and still would like to be able to travel as freely as I can. I have lots of friends and family members all over the world but don't have anyone where I can get more of these types of feedback.
So the current Doctor told me yesterday that I would have to have my BLADDER REMOVED. And explain two options:
a) internal (NEO BLADDER) pouch
b) external - Conduit plus external pouch.
The doctor has told me "his choice" for me is to go with 'internal NEO BLADDER' but asked me to seek advise from forums like yours
So please feel free to help me decide which one to choose?
Your help is much appreciated >as I am planning to be active member of this forum after my recover to help others as much as I can.
Thanks in advance
