Dear ASG Leaders and UOAA Individual Members,

It's UOAA National Election time! Please take time to review this information.

Click here to see Candidates' Biographical Information

Voting is open to UOAA’s Affiliated Support Groups (ASGs) and to UOAA Individual Members. ASGs can cast a number of votes equal to the number of members reported on their current dues statement (or 12 votes if the group declared zero members). All of the ASG’s votes must be submitted by an ASG Leader. Individual Members have one vote each and submit their votes directly.

In order to vote, ASGs and Individual Members must be in good standing, which implies, as one condition, that they must have paid dues for the current year by June 30 of the year.

Ballots have been sent by email to all ASG Leaders and Individual Members. If you are an ASG Leader or Individual Member and haven’t received a ballot, please contact the UOAA Office at oa@ostomy.org or 800-826-0826 to obtain a ballot.

Ballots must be RECEIVED by June 30, 2017.
