Has anyone else out there enjoyed the Wild Coast of Ireland presentation? I highly recommend it to any nature enthusiasts. Beautiful photography. Lovely narration flowing like the waves of the sea. Lots of birds & creatures. It lightened a particularly stressful week for me.

Thanks TDAT, I will look for that. The LA area is no longer served by a PBS station and what that means to DIRECTV subscribers is that we can't get an HD feed for PBS so I don't routinely watch any more...which is sad. Supposedly this policy is government mandated and is protecting me from something.

Linda, good to see you on the board. Hopefully you are not affected by the extreme heat & dryness where you are. We just went through another power outage for a day due to tremendous rain in less than 24 hrs. Many folks we know that live in low lying creek areas had flooding that exceeded any seen previously even during hurricanes. A friend of mine was able to download that PBS special. My computer savvy hasn't reached that far yet. Does your library carry dvds? They might know of a way to access the PBS shows.

Yikes on the rain! Glad your power is back on. I live within a mile of the Pacific Ocean which in my area doesn't get much warmer than about 60 degrees. That really moderates our heat, but still 80 degrees without AC is warm. I get PBS it's just not in HD and I'm addicted to HD. My own fault.
