I have been 2 weeks trying to get a shipment of supplies from these people. mind you the first week we were dealing with insurance issues fine we solved them i will give them that. but a whole week later and still no supplies doctor hasn't even heard from them regarding scripts till i called and spoke with the manager. please tell me this isn't going to happen every time with them. every time i called before they insisted things were moving along however things today once i spoke with manager were set into place and actually pushed thru.

I had the same trouble with another company "byram" they always fixed the issue but seemed each order had a problem, I felt that the people answering the phone just didn't know enough to know we NEED these supplies, not like we can use something else untill they get something to us, i ended up finding a local suppler 30 mile from my home where i just walk in, What a blessing that was..
