Does anyone know who makes a Medena catheter in a 27 Fr. After many years the 30F has become too big in diameter with a narrowing stoma. For emergencies I use a 24 Fr but mainly that is to release fluids , starch and protein but no fiber as opening is too small.
I need a 27 or 28 inch Fr.

i googled the above and only saw 24Fr or 30Fr. sorry i could not help..

Have you considered using a binkie to enlarge the stoma opening? They come in two sizes and the larger one has the same diameter as a 30fr catheter.
