Indiana Pouch- Ostomy Pain & Blood in Urine

Hi All-
I am new to this group. I am 4 months out from my 2nd surgery for cystectomy. Had Neo Bladder August 2018, but did not work for several reasons so now have Indiana Pouch since April 2019. Just today I have dark bloody clotty stuff coming out in my urine. Is that normal?
Does anyone else have a bad burning sensation when they cath? I have every time since my surgery. Is that normal? My doctors seem to just brush me off somewhat when I email them about pouch pain & ostomy pain.
I am worried something is wrong but doctors seem like it is no big deal. I would feel better if I knew others have been through this and all is in fact normal.
