Occasionally--three times in the past year--my supplier sends items I didn't order.
Once it was the unfiltered version of my regular pouch, once it was a product I ordered in the past but no longer use, and this time they sent two boxes of an item when I ordered one.
They quickly sent a replacement for the unfiltered pouches, but have just told me to keep all the products.
I assume they are charging my insurance (medicare and medigap, so I don't get billed). I'm starting to wonder whether this is a scam or just sloppiness.
Anybody else have a similar experience?

Re: Unordered supplies
Hi Lee, my name is actually Lee also. Nickolas is the name of one of our cats. He was 18 yrs old when he passed away in 2018. He had a paw in helping to raise our son.
I've been picking up my supplies local for many years now (10+ yrs). I live in Phoenix, Arizona and it can get pretty hot here, especially in the summer, 115 and up. When I had a mail order supplier like Edgepark, I always had to be home or make arrangement for someone to keep my boxes of supplies inside other peoples homes other wise my product start to melt in a few hours if left outside.
I stopped using a mail order supplier when I had a question, called the supplier and was told I would need to speak to my MD to get an answer. It was a very general question. Anyway, went to a local supplier and got my answer. Been using them ever since. Now I pick up my supplies on my schedule.
We always go through my order to make sure everything is correct. Can you find a local supplier? It probably just sloppiness. Do you get any type of billing statement from medicare or medigap. If the supplier is charging your insurance for there mistakes, I thing I would be complaining. That is just WRONG!!
Good luck,
Nickolas
