leg bag issues

I am have issues with my leg bag,when I sit in my car the ostomy bag pinches closed and does not drain to the leg bag. I tried a stoma guard and a stoma cuff that clips on my belt. I want to be able to wear it inside my pants when I go out. Its fine when I'm standing but not when sitting. Anyone have an idea for me. Mike
